Black Friday Comping Camp Offer Terms & Conditions

Effective November 26, 2024 

By purchasing the Black Friday Comping Camp Offer and any associated upsells or order bumps, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds Policy

All sales for the Black Friday Comping Camp Offer, including upsells (e.g., Host Camp annual membership) and order bumps (e.g., lifetime access to Comping Camp recordings), are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds, cancellations, or adjustments will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Exclusive, Time-Sensitive Offers

• The Black Friday Comping Camp Offer, upsells, and order bumps are only available at the time of purchase.
• If you do not select and complete payment for an upsell or order bump during the checkout process, you will not be able to add these offers later. This includes but is not limited to the $497 Host Camp annual membership offer and $197 Comping Camp recordings.
• These offers are exclusive to this promotion and are not available anywhere else on our website or via email requests.

3. Host Camp Annual Membership Renewal

• The Black Friday promotional price for the Host Camp annual membership is $497 for the first year.
• The membership will automatically renew at the standard rate of $997 per year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring cancellation if you do not wish to renew. Host Camp will not issue refunds for failure to cancel prior to the renewal date.

4. Delivery of Products and Services

• Comping Camp Recordings: Lifetime downloadable access to all Comping Camp recordings will be provided after the conclusion of the bootcamp in December 2024, with delivery expected by January 2025.
• Host Camp Membership: If purchased, the Host Camp annual membership begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Membership cannot be deferred or paused. Access includes the Legacy Library, monthly Host Roundup calls, and STR Concierge services.
• Bonuses: Bonuses associated with purchases (e.g., STR Concierge access, Legacy Library content, and discounts) are tied to the corresponding offer and may expire if not utilized within the stated membership or promotional period.

5. Non-Transferable

All purchased products, including access to the Black Friday Comping Camp, Host Camp membership, and Comping Camp recordings, are non-transferable. They are for the exclusive use of the purchaser and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another individual or entity.

6. Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason. If you have issues or concerns, you must contact Host Camp directly for resolution. Host Camp reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide evidence of these terms and the non-refundable nature of the purchase.

7. Limited Use for Educational Products

All materials provided during the Comping Camp and Host Camp membership, including recordings, tools, templates, and guides, are for personal, educational purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Host Camp.

8. Technical or Delivery Issues

Host Camp is not responsible for delays in product delivery caused by unforeseen technical issues, such as platform outages or email delivery errors. In such cases, Host Camp will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Compliance with Local Tax Laws

Prices listed for offers do not include applicable taxes, which may vary depending on your location. Taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout where required by law.

10. Exclusive Promotions

This offer is exclusive to the Black Friday promotion and is not available during any other sales period or as part of other promotions. Host Camp reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer, including upsells or order bumps, at any time without prior notice. However, any purchases made before such modifications will be honored in accordance with these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Host Camp and its representatives are not liable for any perceived or actual lack of results stemming from participation in the Black Friday Comping Camp or the use of any upsell/order bump products. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors outside of Host Camp’s control.

HOSTCAMP.COM MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS

Due to the nature of educational content, coaching and general business advice being “non-returnable”, all payments by Member to Host Camp are NON-REFUNDABLE & FINAL. Member further agrees to waive any right to “charge-back” or dispute payment with his/her credit card processor or bank.
