One Yes Turned Into 150+ Listings And A Texas Campground

Someone messaged Vinci Sevilla Jr. on Instagram asking for help managing a property in Big Bear, CA. He said yes, and started co-hosting other people's listings.
A property owner in Texas noticed how he ran things and called him directly, handing him 12 cabins to manage. Those 12 cabins are now 120 units, plus 48 RV sites, on a property valued by a completely different kind of math than the single-family rental most hosts are used to. Vinci still works his full-time electrical job through all of it.
